Last updated: 20 December 2025

License Overview

All products sold on uk.tasknovalabs.com are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a product from TaskNova Labs, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files according to this policy.

Permitted Uses

  • Personal & commercial projects
You may use the products in your own personal or business projects, including client work, as long as the final output does not compete directly with TaskNova Labs products.
  • Modifications
You may modify, adapt, or customize the files to fit your needs. Modified versions remain covered by this license and may not be sold or distributed as standalone products.
  • Internal team use
Within a single organization, your internal team may use the files as part of your workflow. For large teams, agencies, or redistribution scenarios, please contact us for extended licensing options.

Restricted Uses

  • Resale or redistribution
You may not resell, share, give away, upload, or redistribute the original files (or close derivatives) in any way, whether for free or for payment.
  • Competing or clone products
You may not use TaskNova Labs products to create a competing template pack, prompt library, SaaS platform, or digital product library that directly substitutes our offerings.
  • Illegal, abusive, or deceptive use
Using our products for illegal activities, misleading schemes, or harmful content is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination and legal action.

Single-User License

Each purchase provides a license for one individual user or one legal entity (company), unless a different license type is explicitly stated on the product page. If you need to share access with multiple clients or separate businesses, please contact us for a custom license.

License Termination

TaskNova Labs may suspend or terminate your license and access if you violate these usage terms, attempt fraud, abuse our intellectual property, or repeatedly breach our Terms & Conditions.
