Refund & Returns Policy

1) Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on uk.tasknovalabs.com are digital goods delivered electronically after successful payment. This includes templates, AI tools, prompt libraries, downloadable assets, and other digital resources.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically “returned,” refund requests are handled based on this policy and applicable consumer protection principles.

2) 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. You can request a refund within 14 days for any reason, including change of mind or accidental purchase.

If you experience any download/access issues, please contact us first—we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

3) When a Refund Is Typically Approved

  • Access or download problems that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
  • Duplicate payment or accidental double charge
  • Wrong product purchase (within 14 days), where the files have not been meaningfully used
  • Technical incompatibility (for example, a file format that cannot be opened) after troubleshooting

4) When a Refund May Be Denied

We aim to be fair, but refunds may be limited or denied in cases such as:

  • Requests made after 14 days (except where required by law)
  • Clear abuse, repeated refund requests, or suspicious activity
  • Failure to follow provided download/access instructions after support assistance
  • Requests based only on preferences when the product matches the description and has been delivered successfully

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@uk.tasknovalabs.com and include:

  • Your checkout email address
  • Order reference (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request (a short explanation is enough)
  • If applicable, a screenshot or details of the access/download issue

We typically respond within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday).

6) Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe, SumUp, or Lemon Squeezy) depending on your billing country/region and checkout flow. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank and typically appears within 5–10 business days.

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at support@uk.tasknovalabs.com so we can help you resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks/disputes may result in immediate access suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
